The purpose was to invite members of companies and organizations in Northwest Arkansas to learn more about the new AGFC nature center being constructed in their area. Members of AGFC and its commissioners were there to answer questions and invite them to become involved in the center's future activities and programs.
The target audience was various Northwest Arkansas companies and organizations invested in the outdoors and conservation education.
More than the expected number of guests arrived at the conference to learn about ways to get involved. This event generated enormous amounts of interest in the future nature centers grounds and events/programs.
There were many design variations requested for this project, in total 36. Because of the scope of this event and the numerous people involved, it was necessary to revise the design and schedule several times until everyone was happy with the result, and all of the information was correct.
