COVID-19 left the entire country struggling to find ways to best return to work and maintain fluid, sustainable and safe working conditions for employees.

In partnership with the digital health company, emocha Health, we aimed to get every employee quickly utilizing the new daily check-in service with the ultimate goal of allowing the safe return to work for everybody.

HABC produced and easy to follow video readily accessible to employees that would simultaneously create internal awareness and educate them on the importance of best practices during COVID-19.
As part of our commitment to remain a high-performing agency, the program targets more than 750 employees serving 19,500 households.

In addition to promoting federal, state, and CDC guidelines, HABC launched emocha's new mobile app service to allow employees to conduct self-screening prior to onsite shifts.
Within days of partnering with emocha Health, HABC produced an easy-to-follow video for our employees and has been launching it on all internal communications platforms. This includes closed-circuit televisions, our employee Intranet hub, newsletters, and mass texts to employees.

The application's adoption rate would rise to 95% out of the 611 employees actively checking in daily. Ultimately HABC boasted a Covid-19 positivity rate of only 0.1% as 2020 came to a close. Our emocha Check-In Guide played a critical role in the production of this result builds confidence that we can resume work safely.
Without solicitation, emocha responded favorably to our video and has now made it an industry standard.

It is used as a model for others to follow when introducing emocha to employees. This customized tutorial clearly and concisely demonstrated the features of the preventive health care app.
